Gerry Houlihan was the owner of Daniel's Restaurant and Caterers in Eastchester and Tuckahoe, New York, for 20 Years. He started Houlihan Business Brokers Inc. in 2002. He specializes in the sale of restaurant businesses and real estate in the food service industry.

Gerry also does financial consulting for restaurants that wish to improve their profits through careful attention to costs and efficiencies. He can set up cost control systems to be used on a weekly basis to increase the profitability of the business almost immediately.

Gerry is a past president of the Westchester and Rockland Chapter of the New York State Restaurant Association. He also served on the New York State Restaurant Association State Board.
